Tomas is founder and CEO of Efexly. Combining a long and distinguished track record in financial services and venture capital with an understanding of what people need today, and will need in the future Tomas' vision is the driving force behind Efexly.

Frank Perkins

Founder & CTO

Frank is founder and CTO of Efexly. Coming from a technology background in telecommunications, defense, insurance and financial services, in addition to being a serial entrepreneur, Frank takes the vision that Tomas has laid down for Efexly and articulates that with technology solutions for Efexly.
